I too have endured struggles in being a single mum in my twenties, losing a parent suddenly and a health condition (which I healed
). I strive to find strength and positives through these struggles, allowing them to enhance not diminish my life~ we then become invincible!
I have 20 years experience in skin, massage, holistic and spiritual therapies as well as running a medical skin clinic for 12 years- definitely not where my passion lies anymore!
I’m a Reiki master, wellbeing and mindset coach, sports therapist, skin expert, sound and crystal healer, nature advocate and also support a community of mums to get out in nature with their little ones. A study junkie, book nerd, mum of two amazing girls on a mission with my business to show all women and girls that they deserve to feel amazing In their skin!
